EHP 0.03: Usurp Synapse / Hassan I Sabbah split 7" [ out of print ] Pressing Information: 100 white vinyl 900 black vinyl Released at More Than Music Fest 2000 in Columbus Ohio, this split between USURP SYNAPSE and HASSAN I SABBAH perfectly exemplifies a sound that was at it's peak. The two HASSAN I SABBAH songs were recorded in a basement on a four track machine, and definitely capture the passion and rawness of their live show. This short lived band consisted of members of PURITAN, FORCE FED GLASS, and PREVAIL and incorporated everything that was great about those bands into this endeavor. The other side of this split features a band that everyone loved to hate. a mixture of IN/HUMANITY and THE LOCUST might taste something like USURP SYNAPSE. A limited amount (around 100, mostly white copies) contained razor blades. Some of Hassan I Sabbah's copies had band aides on the Usurp Synapse side of the cover. TRACK LISTING: Usurp Synapse soon...
